Collection and processing of personal data
We take the protection of our customers' personal data very seriously. Personal data is treated confidentially and is not passed on to third parties without the consent of our customers. It is generally possible to use our website without providing personal data. If personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected when using special services of the company on our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis. GTC
General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the practice of craniosacral therapy
Invoicing and terms of payment
An invoice will be issued for the craniosacral therapy services provided.
The invoice must be paid within 15 days of the invoice date.
A reimbursement voucher for the health insurance company is sent to the patient by e-mail together with the invoice.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellations made 24 to 12 hours before the agreed appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the treatment costs.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the agreed appointment will incur a fee of 100% of the treatment costs.
Contact and availability
Cancellations and other notifications can be made by telephone or e-mail.
It is recommended that you notify us of cancellations as early as possible in order to avoid unnecessary costs.
Disclaimer
The practice accepts no liability for non-reimbursement of treatment costs by the health insurance company.
Treatment is at the patient's own risk.
Data protection
All patients' personal data is treated confidentially and is not passed on to third parties unless this is required by law or is necessary for billing purposes with the health insurance company.
Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Amendments or additions to these GTC must be made in writing.
