I am Seraina, 42 years old, married and mother of two wonderful school-age daughters. We live in Zurich, just below the Üetliberg, where we enjoy being close to nature.

My journey to craniosacral therapy began during my second pregnancy when I first came into contact with this gentle but powerful method.

Conventional medicine didn't know what to do and said that the symptoms would disappear with the birth at the latest. I didn't want to accept that. A friend recommended craniosacral therapy to me. I felt relief after the very first session. This experience made a deep impression on me and showed me what our body is capable of when it is well.

At the beginning of 2020, I plucked up the courage to start training as a complementary therapist for craniosacral therapy. After 3 ½ intensive years of training, I successfully passed the examination to become a craniosacral therapist KT in September 2023.

Before I embarked on this path, I worked as a travel saleswoman and product manager for a large tour operator. Traveling is still one of my passions - I love getting to know new countries, people and their stories. At the same time, I appreciate the tranquillity of the Swiss mountains and the peace I find when reading a good book.
